Question: Why I can’t power up my Metal?

Answer: Press and hold the TALK button for about 3 seconds until the blue indicator light is on. A beep (2 tones) can be heard in the speaker.Release the TALK button.

Question:  How to charge my Metal?

Answer:

1. Take out the adapter from a belt clip and insert to the main body.

2. Then connect the USB connector to a powered USB slot for 2 hours continually. (The red Bluetooth indicator light will turn on, and turn off automatically when the charge is complete.)

3. Due to different depth of the USB socket, you may a USB cable to assist you to charge your headset.

Question:  I can’t switch on the headset.

Question: How to put my active call on hole and pick up the other incoming call (Call waiting)?

Answer:

1. Press the TALK button for 3 sec to answer the second call and put the current on hold.

2. To switch between the active call and a hold call, press approx 3 sec on the TALK button.

3. Press once TALK button to end the active call and take the hold call.

 P.S. this function may not be available; it is depending on your phone. However you can always answer the second call from your phone keypad.

Question: Nothing can be heard from the headset.

Answer:

1. You can try to press volume up button, and Bluetooth enable.

2. Make sure your headset is paired to your device and connected.

3. In some phones, you have to select headset profile.

Question: I can’t pair my headset to my device and nothing can be heard after paired?

Answer:

  1. Please try to pair your headset once again.
  2. Please be sure you activated the pair mode.
  3. Please check your headset compatibility list in our website, http://www.bluetrek.com/product_info.php?id=8#compatibility 
  4. Please email us at support@bluetrek.com for further technical support.

Question:  My Metal headset cannot turn on after charge. Red LED light keep blinking during charging.

Answer : When the RED LED light keep blinking during charging, it means your battery is over discharge. Press and hold the Main Button and plug into the charging outlet to reset the scheme. The RED LED should be on after reset.

If the problem still occurs, please contact Bluetrek technical support for help.

Question: Can I switch the phone call from headset to mobile/ mobile to headset?

Answer:

With a phone in Headset Profile

During an active call, to transfer it to the phone, simply turn off your headset.

With a phone in Hands-Free Profile

During an active call, to transfer it to the phone, double click the TALK button

With a phone in Headset Profile

Switch on your headset.

With a phone in Hands-Free Profile

During an active call on the mobile phone, double click the TALK button.

This function may not be available depending on your phone.
