1. How to adjust the sound quality?

1. Make sure that you are within the 10-meter limit and that there are not too many obstacles.
2. You may be too close to other radio wave interferences (the headset has an emission power of 2.5mWatt which is 400 times weaker than a normal mobile phone).
3. Move away from all possible sources of interference like a microwave oven or wireless keyboard, which may operate with the 2.4 GHz technology (same frequency as Bluetooth).
4. It is strongly recommended that you wear headset and phone on the same side of the body.
Don’t keep your hand on the headset unless necessary.

2. How do I adjust the speaker volume of the headset?
To increase the volume during an active call, press the “Vol +” button on the headset. To decrease the volume during an active call, press the “Vol -” button on the headset.

3. What’s the pairing pin code?
Please be informed that the default pin code of our products is “0000” and it cannot be changed by end users. If the passcode cannot be accepted by your phone, please delete the current connection and try to pair again.

4. How do I store the phone numbers in my headset so I can use the pre-registered number function?
The pre-registered function allows you to store 2 favorite numbers in your headset and to dial these numbers directly from your headset (Important: This function is only available in the Hands-free profile). To store the favorite number, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure the headset is paired and connected with your phone.
2. Enter numbers following the syntax description below as your phone name. In most phones, the mobile phone name is under the “Bluetooth” submenu.

3. Follow the on screen direction to save the phone name.
4. Press and hold the “Vol-” button on your headset for approx. 3 seconds until the purple indicator light is on.
5. The number is stored in position 1 when one beep sound is heard in the speaker and the blue indicator light flashes once.
6. The number is stored in position 2 when two beep sounds are heard in the speaker and the blue indicator light flashes twice.

Note: If the number is not stored in your phone the red light will flashes twice and a long low-tone beep can be heard in the speaker. Please repeat from the steps 2 to store the numbers.

5. How do I dial the pre-registered number?
To dial the pre-registered number in your headset you must press and hold the “Vol+” button for several seconds until you hear 1 or 2 beeps depending on the number you wish to call. Please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure the headset is paired and connected with your phone.
2. Ensure you stored the favorite numbers in your headset successfully.
3. To dial the number stored in position 1, press and hold the “Vol+” button for several seconds on your headset until you hear 1 beep sound in the speaker (or the voice alert if activated).
4. To dial the number stored in position 2, press and hold the “Vol+” button for several seconds on your headset until you hear 2 beep sounds in the speaker (or the voice alert if activated).

Note:
You should release immediately the “Vol+” button after you hear the right number of beeps otherwise you may dial the wrong number.
